Landon Donovan looks great for playing with the LA Galaxy. Donovan finally got the best player was awarded the American League MLS for this season.

Title of Most Valuable Player (MVP) received a first for Donovan. Although previously had been awarded several times, but the 27-year-old player had never won the MVP title.

Donovan managed to beat two other candidates, the New England Revolution midfielder, Shalrie Joseph, and the striker FC Dallas, Jeff Cunningham. Donovan is the Galaxy players who managed to become the MVP after Carlos Ruiz in 2002.

Donovan will try to reach a fourth title in the MLS this weekend. In the final MLS, the Galaxy will face Real Salt Lake.
